3. Engagement Process

When you engage our services:

• You represent that you have authority to engage our services

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are stated at the time of engagement. Payment terms will be specified in your engagement letter. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon. Late payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with your engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tangram regarding the services. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued engagement with us constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Professional Standards

Tangram operates in compliance with Hong Kong Law Society professional standards and regulations. Our team members maintain professional liability insurance and adhere to professional conduct requirements.
